Athletes often face extreme pressure, anxiety, and perfectionism in their sport. They are hyper-competitive and have learned how to be successful. However, it can be isolating to experience these things alone without a place to truly process them and be vulnerable.

As a former D1 collegiate athlete, I have lived the majority of my life playing competitive sports, so I know of it's great joy and fulfillment, as well as the mental, emotional and physical toll it can take.
