Athletes often face extreme pressure, anxiety, and perfectionism in their sport. They are hyper-competitive and have learned how to be successful. However, it can be isolating to experience these things alone without a place to truly process them and be vulnerable.

Whether you're currently playing a competitive sport and needing a place to process your feelings and experiences, or you are in the midst of retiring from your sport and asking yourself, "what comes next and who am I outside of this arena?" I am here to help guide you through it all; you don't have to face it alone.

As a former D1 collegiate athlete, I have lived the majority of my life playing competitive sports, so I know of it's great joy and fulfillment, as well as the mental, emotional and physical toll it can take. I love working with athletes to process whatever they're facing both inside and outside of their sport.
